|崗位描述：1.Insure technical support for Allied’s sales force and customers. 2.Provide necessary technical backup and specific assistance in the installation and application of existing and new products. 3.Technical assistance in Product recommendation, quality evaluation and sales complaints. 4.Develop and draft technical literature for Sales and Customer Assistance. 5.Utilize problem solving ability to help customers solve problems. 6.Act as a consultant on all technical problems and product application recommendations. 7.Cooperate with Sales, Research and Technology in monitoring all liability situations and accounts.|
備注：職位要求(Job Requirements)：Bachelor or Master degree; major in Inorganic Non-metal Materials (refractory), Foundry, metallurgy or the relevant;At least 3-year work experience in refractory technical field or metallurgy field; Melting or furnace specialist background is preferred;Well knowledge in refractory technology and application, or Melting furnaces and(or) melting procedure
•Fast trouble-shooting skills and problem-solving skills are required;To be able to work independently;Initiative, hardworking and team player;Good command of English(CET Band 6 is preferred) & computer skills ;Be able to accept frequent business travel.
